The M60 Compressed Air Paintball Cannon

This air cannon works on low pressure compressed air. It is constructed of sch-40 PVC pipe that is rated up to 230 PSI.
The compressed air can be pumped into the air chamber through the Schrader valve with a bicycle pump or small electric compressor. 100psi is the optimum pressure to use in this cannon.
The best ratio to have for the barrel/chamber length is 1 to 1. This will provide adequate air to propel the contents in the barrel. This cannon is roughly 3 feet in length and uses 2" PVC pipe for the barrel and air tank. A 1/4 turn ball valve is the trigger mechanism. This cannon can be used to launch a variety of loads due to the larger size. Water balloons, paintballs, etc.
